Krazy Mikes on Bowman Curve in Little Rock

This $$$ Oyster Po Boy with chips or fries $11.50 from Krazy Mikes on Bowman Curve in Little Rock was delicious! Loved the crusty, yet soft, sub roll which KM brings in from Louisiana. Why, oh why, can't we find this crusty New Orleans type roll in Little Rock???  KM is extremely crowded at lunch time but, big easy in and out after 2pm. Try the Shrimp Gumbo, as well.

Sonny Williams Steak Room On Top of the Rock

Dinner at Sonny Williams Steak Room at the Rivermarket was absolutely wonderful last night. Great company with TriState Truck Center people and delightful customers! Our table of 10 enjoyed excellent service, superb wine, melt in your mouth steaks, and delicious appetizers. The fillets (No Skinny Steaks) were outstanding! Perfectly cooked. Try them with the buttery Bearnaise sauce for a really special taste. A trip to Sonny Williams is not complete without trying the appetizers. Calamari, Artichoke Dip, and Fried Boudin were spectacular with the spicy sauces and pita that accompanied them. Mike and I split a Wedge with Roquefort which would have been OK for a full meal. I haven't really been able to rave about this place so much in the past, but from the dining experience last night, Sonny Williams just keeps going over the top of the Rock! Check out the Piano Bar and music of ole Blue Eyes before you leave.
